Note about the automatic mailing list
Automatic Subscription to the bwCloud-OS Mailing List ‘users@bwcloud-os.de’
All users of the bwCloud-OS state service are automatically subscribed to the ‘users@bwcloud-os.de’ mailing list as soon as they are running at least one active virtual machine (VM).
Manually unsubscribing from the mailing list has no permanent effect. The mailing list is updated regularly and fully automatically
An automatic and thus permanent removal from the mailing list occurs as soon as there are no longer any active VMs associated with a specific user, i.e., when all VMs have been deleted. Removal from the mailing list then takes place during the next automatic update of the list.
This policy ensures that only active users receive relevant system information, maintenance notices, and important operational announcements.
