Supplement to Personal Support

The support bot supplements the existing support services offered by bwCloud-OS. It provides end users with quick initial guidance. At the same time, the bot assists bwCloud-OS Local Support in handling frequently asked questions.

If the support bot cannot adequately answer a question or if an individual review is required, please contact your institution’s bwCloud-OS Local Support. The support bot does not automatically create a support ticket or forward the conversation to a support team on its own.

Beta Version!!!

The bwCloud-OS support bot is currently in beta. As a result, there may be occasional limitations, technical glitches, or interruptions in availability. Additionally, some responses may still be incomplete, misleading, or incorrect.

Please double-check any technically relevant information and recommended actions before making any changes to your resources. If the support bot is unavailable or cannot adequately answer your question, your institution’s bwCloud-OS Local Support team remains available to assist you.

The generated responses are not checked for accuracy, completeness, or potential legal violations before they are output. Users must therefore verify the provided information on their own. This applies in particular before making technically relevant changes to systems or resources. Users remain responsible for the further use of the generated content.

The system has been configured to answer questions about bwCloud-OS and draws on a specially provided knowledge base.

Input data is processed on servers located in Germany.

No personal profiling takes place. Inputs are not permanently stored and are not used to identify users.
